For property owners and buyer inquiries
What does REP evaluate?

Potential purchases of qualifying property interests connected to redemption. A property-specific review comes before a possible offer.

Does a review guarantee an offer?

No. A review may not result in a viable transaction. Eligibility, timing, buyer fit and written terms matter.

Does this mean I get my home back?

No. Evaluating a potential purchase is not a promise to return the property or guarantee a financial result.

What should I share first?

Begin with basic contact information, the property location, the sale information you know, and your connection to the property.

Is this a surplus-funds claim?

The proposed REP pathway concerns a potential property-interest purchase. It is not the same as a claim for surplus money held after a sale.

Must I agree to a proposed purchase?

No. Asking for a review is not an agreement to sell. Consider the written terms before deciding.

Can investor buyers participate?

There is a separate buyer inquiry process for acquisition criteria, funding information and transaction requirements.

How long will it take?

Timing depends on the file and required steps. We do not promise a response time or closing date.
